When it arrived rolled up in the box I unpacked it and it started to expand very quickly, after half an hour it was basically at full size, however Hypnia recommend you leave 24-48 hours before you sleep on it which I did.

A lot of new mattresses come with a smell but I didn't particularly notice a strong smell.

It is sold as a medium-firm mattress, I would say it is more on the firm side 7/10 but it is solid and supportive, it also has fairly solid edges. The first night I slept pretty well although it felt very different to my old mattress so took a little getting used to. I'm sure after more sleeps on it I will get used to it.

I've only slept on it alone so far but I can tell that with a partner you wouldn't be able to feel them move in the night.

It is a reasonably heavy mattress but manageable to move around on your own when changing sheets (King size).

I feel like it has kept me cool in the night, I'm a warm sleeper usually so that is a positive for me.

Mattress is brilliant and as described but the delivery service is terrible, don’t rely on it arriving when it says it will.

Love this matress, extremely comfy and supportive with our being too firm. My partner and I sleep very well, the synthetic smell is still hanging about 4 weeks on but I honestly don't care for such a comfortable sleep

Paid for specific date delivery. Courier messaged on the day to say they didn’t have the mattress. I had to do all the work to chase this up and get the delivery a week late in the end. Very little help from Hypnia or the courier company.

I have still not received my mattress despite the fact it was supposed to be delivered on the 4/4/24. I have sent two emails and phoned but no one has any answers or solution for me. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all!

Genuinely the comfiest mattress I’ve ever had and for a very good price. I read reviews about the mattress being so comfy that “you can’t get up” in the morning. I thought these were people paid to give good reviews but now I have the mattress I can testify they’re genuinely that good!

I only received the mattress yesterday, after lots of chasing. I have not used the mattress yet to comment.
